|Recommended: YesPerfect place to live as a UD student — The property staff is always friendly and helpful. I like how they keep people engaged with events like giveaways, scavenger hunts, free energy drinks during finals... etc They are very easy to contact, and any issues get quickly resolved. You will be in good hands living here right after leaving the dorms. I feel so lucky to live in such a nice apartment that is only a 10 minute walk from campus. Also the trains that pass aren't a disturbance at all if you're worried about noise, at least in the apartment building.

|Recommended: YesBest College Living Ever — I cannot say enough nice things about the Rail Yard and its staff. I have 3 kids and they went to 3 different colleges. The Rail Yard has been the best living experience out of all 3. The units are clean, modern and spacious. The staff is happy, helpful and professional. Any problem you or your child might encounter is resolved quickly. They really care about the residents and want to make your college student feel happy, safe and confortable. I wish this housing was an option for my other 2 children. Would've made my life a lot easier

|Recommended: YesAmazing place to me. Safe, clean and apartments come with everything, all you need to do is move in. — My daughter lived here in the Railyard for two years. Let me just say, above and beyond my expectations. Melissa and Beth and staff are extrodinary. Your kids will love it here. We will defentiely miss it here. Thank you for a wonderful two years. All you need to do is move in, all the furniture is there already. Very convient and close to campus living.

|Recommended: YesWorth it. — Sometimes you have to pay a little more to get the amenities you love. Ten minute walk to class, huge bedrooms, lots of space downstairs, maintenance staff has been great Office staff is very accommodating.

|Recommended: YesOverall good — Overall great experience living here. I wish there was a bit more parking. I've noticed many cars are parking in the regular parking lot that don't have stickers so it makes it hard to find parking, but other than that, I love living here.

|Recommended: YesLiving at The Railyard — The Railyard is a great place to live off campus. There is a lot to do such as events being held, meeting neighbors, the rec center, a quiet place to study and etc. The Railyard is very accommodating to having pets. The Railyard is a place I recommend to living at during the school year.

|Recommended: YesGreat buildings and great location — I would tell them how secluded and nice it is to live here. It has all the accommodations you could need. Just waiting for the construction to clear out so getting in and out of the property will be much easier.

|Recommended: YesGreat Location - Easy to work with — Being a new property you expect some growing pains but we really didn't have much to be concerned with.. Brittany - Director of Operations couldn't have been more professional and easy to work with. Move in day was great - she was actually onsite answering questions and generally making everyone feel good about move in - other staff was very accommodating as well. We had a minor issue with the garbage disposal, maintenance was there in 5 minutes and fixed - very pleasant group. Can't say enough good things about their staff from main location all the way to maintenance. I didn't rate the ground cleanliness construction to max potential right now as that is ongoing at this point, however even with that said they do a nice job taping off the areas. Our actual unit is nice - bedrooms are good size and out main kitchen living room has plenty of space. All of the bedrooms have large FireTVs - one bummer is the living room TV which is the biggest of the TVs is not - could look at personal preference - wish that was a FireTV as well but... Overall, very pleased.
