submitted by Paige D. - |Recommended: YesThe Rail Yard — written while temporarily placed in a townhouse while apartment building is under completion The Rail Yard offers off-campus living for UD students that is unmatched by others that I was considering. It's close to campus, but feels as if it stands on its own and allows residents to feel like they have a place to unwind. The best part is that you can easily walk to campus or hang out at the Rail Yard Lounge on Main Street, which is located right near the Green. As for the homes themselves, the exterior of the buildings are beautiful, the parking lot offers plenty of spaces, the appliances are new, and the layout offers plenty of communal and private space.
